Carnation Milk Coleslaw Dressing

Baked potatoes and almonds

Ingredients:
1 bag of potato flakes
50 g blanched almonds
150 ml cream
100 g of grated cheese
onion
butter
salt
pepper
a sprinkling of nutmeg.
Preparation:
Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on the package. Add the cream, chopped almonds and a little onion, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the mixture into an ovenproof dish (or silicone mold), sprinkle with cheese and baked in the oven at high temperature.
